He works with small to mid-size businesses as an advisor, external-CFO, or independent auditor, helping clients with their corporate & financial strategy, accounting systems & processes, budgeting, financial projections, and valuation models. Sam spearheaded the process of setting up the entire back-office accounting system for ZocDoc, which currently has 6 Million users on its portal with total funding of $223Million. Through creativity and dogged determination, he has successfully deployed diverse accounting systems & procedures to leading corporates, earning several commendations and a high reputation for consistency.
