Mattamy Homes is Canada’s largest private homebuilder with operations in Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton. As one of the longest tenured members of the Senior Management team in Ottawa’s Division, created strategic plans to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty for a homebuilding operation that closed over 800 houses per year. Accomplishments included: • Provided vision and leadership for two departments- Customer Care and Warranty - which encompassed the entire Customer Experience from purchase to post-closure • Managed a team of four direct reports and a 30-member front line service team • Developed, implemented and maintained a comprehensive Touch Point Map of all Customer contact points from pre-purchase to post close • Analyzed customer data gleaned from AVID Analytics, as well as collaborated with peers in evaluating budget information which lead to developing strategic customer service solutions which met department KPI’s • Won several coveted service awards by Avid Ratings, a recognized industry leader in surveying homeowner satisfaction
