Evaluated and sourced 75+ target companies with $500K–$1.5M in annual cash flow, focusing on acquisitions priced at 4–7x EBITDA by analyzing financial statements, creating basic models, and evaluating key performance indicators. Analyzed market trends and industry dynamics to refine investment theses in collaboration with firm leadership.

Performed Excel-based underwriting to assess development feasibility, including projected NPV and capital structures. Identified and evaluated 15+ potential self storage sites with support of the acquisition and development team. Provided insights into property conversion feasibility at multiple site visits across the San Francisco Bay Area.

Assisted San Francisco District 2 Supervisor with resolution drafting, constituent outreach, and day-to-day office operations such as communications with other Supervisors. Specialized in drafting legislation related to housing and gun violence awareness. Communicated with District 2 residents regarding policies and current events in the city ranging from subway construction updates to emergency services related to a water leak leading to sinkholes throughout the District.

Completed data entry to identify and map trends of survey results from inmates enrolled in the only accredited liberal arts prison college in the country.

Organized the food window in partnership with the kitchen and kept food tickets in order. Communicated with servers and expedited food.

Assisted the State Senator’s campaign with planning, organizing, and executing constituent engagement and fundraising events, with a focus on the Jewish, female, and LGBTQ+ communities in San Francisco. Organized fundraising lists and spreadsheets and generated support for the 2023 San Francisco Pride Parade.
