In my role as Offshore Installation Manager I provide clear direction, leadership, objectives and motivation for offshore personnel while ensuring that all operations are carried out efficiently, with due regard to the health, safety and welfare of all personnel. I have amassed 30 years experience offshore, working for a variety of operators and diverse cultures. I engage on a personal level with all the members of the workforce and have developed a strong team spirit wherever I have worked, primarily by motivation through engagement. I have excellent personal skills and have the trust and more importantly the respect of the workforce.
