Short term Consultancy • Market analyses, recommendations on strategic issues, as well as more specific such as arranging business meetings with local clients and partners, developing knowledge and network in priority sectors, amongst others. • Support to grantees and their partners on how to implement their respective business-projects with a rights-based perspective. • Participate in the development and implementation of the Capacity Development Facility. • Plan and implement program related workshops and activities. • Conduct monthly risk assessments and context-analysis updates. • Monitor and analyse the various business markets related to the SSBP • Develop narrative and financial reports about the program results and matrix. • Conduct follow-up in relation to the program activities in Somalia and Sweden. • Ensure information sharing and other communication through the SSBP webpage. • Take on other tasks related to the work in Hub Multi-Regional, as requested by the SSBP Team Coordinator and the Head of Hub Multi-Regional.

In short, enforcement of public and private claims dependent on different titles of execution based on chapter four of the enforcement code specializing in estate property and commercial distraint claims. • Enforcement of both public and private claims, taxes, fines, custom duties and other duties • Public matters are debts to central and local authorities (taxes, VAT, excise duties, social security contributions.

As a Youth Coordinator, I report to the Senior Administrative Officer and I'm also responsible for administering and delivering programs for youth in the community. As a Youth Coordinator, I consult with youth and organizations that represent youth to determine their needs and develop programs in response to those needs. Main Activities  Prepare a plan for youth activities  Prepare the youth program budget  Prepare financial and program reports  Record information on and prepare reports concerning youth programs, costs, numbers of participants and equipment and facility use.   Provide monthly and yearly reports about youth programs and opportunities.  Ensure that all programs and activities are implemented according to relevant legislation, policies and procedures

• Collector, and revenue agent to ensure that governments collect tax money from businesses and citizens. • Review tax returns, conduct audits, identify taxes owed and collect overdue tax payments. • Audit filed tax returns to determine whether the law allows the tax credits, and deductions claimed. • Contact taxpayers to address problems and to request supporting documentation. • Conduct field audits and investigations of income tax return to verify information or to update tax liabilities. • Evaluate financial information, using their familiarity with accounting procedures and knowledge of changes to tax laws and regulations.

• Investigate and present news and current affairs content for radio and the Internet. • The aim was to present information in a balanced, accurate and exciting way through news bulletins. • Create documentaries and other factual programs, research, document, write, and present the news in an honest, ethical, and Unbiased way. • Provide high-quality programs for the Swedish population, provide enriching programs for all Swedes. • Developed ideas for output and to help in planning material for future programs. • Carried out research across the whole range of news and current affairs output. • Write scripts for TV, prepare and present Radio bulletins as well as write stories for Online. • Carried out interviews or report, in both recorded and live situations, in the studio or on location. Besides, I worked with BBC as a freelancer during my time in the Swedish Radio.

Co-author research/presentation of Study on business opportunities in Somalia of AFN Consulting at Stockholm Conference on Somali Business Opportunities On 10th of June hosted by the Ministry for Foreign Affair.

This programme aims to develop our ability to understand and analyse various types of socio-economic problems and the dynamics of the global economy. We will learn to use economic theory to analyse and evaluate economic problems and processes and understand the underlying factors. The ability to analyse problems in a systematic manner is fundamental to modern economics and permeates the entire programme. The programme’s major is economics (90 credits). The programme also gives us a good knowledge of statistics and econometrics (30 credits). These courses give me the skills and tools needed to process and analyse statistics- which are increasingly in demand today. The programme also includes four courses (total of 30 credits) in business administration, addressing various aspects such as leadership and accounting. Together, the combination of economics, statistics and business forms a good and broad foundation for future career choices.

The course consists of two main blocks: language and culture (cultural studies and literature). However, the two run in parallel and are designed to support and reinforce each other. The course helps to improve my general English knowledge, both when it comes to reading and to writing English texts. In addition, it helped me to get to know the academic subject of English, which covers both the study of language and of literature. On this course, we also study the contemporary cultures of Great Britain and of the USA, which gives further insights into these countries' political and educational systems, among other things.
