Shortly after arriving into Australia and securing the job of my dreams, I soon realised I wanted more out of life by making a bigger impact. Having spent years educating the general population on how maintaining a healthy lifestyle drastically improves quality of life, I found my true calling when introduced to NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). I've always been aware of the power of the mind-body connection but had never come across a technique that I believed could be used to help clients embody my teachings and become fully self-sufficient without the need for continual motivation and support.
