As a Consultant leading the Digital Projects and Programmes function, I am tasked with driving new business while also managing resource allocation to support our operations. Additionally, I prioritise building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction for both our clients and candidates.

As a Delivery Consultant, I work cross-sector within business transformation to deliver candidates on time and within budget for new and existing clients, working alongside Consultants within the business. -Work primarily across Tech, ERP, Digital, and Business Change -Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and networking. -Maintain and update candidate and client information in our CRM system. -Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the hiring process.

This role involved creating a range of displays and structures, with one of our key clients being Christian Dior. Working with various materials to meet specifications, clear and precise communication within the team was crucial to ensure projects stayed on track and on schedule. Fast-paced and full of responsibility, this role was both enjoyable and challenging, requiring excellent time management to meet tight deadlines.

Held various roles within the firm, including both first and second fix carpentry. First fix duties involved constructing flat and pitched roof structures, while second fix work included fitting doors, installing skirting boards, and more.

In this role, I crafted props and set pieces for various film productions, including the H&M 2018 holiday commercial. Working in the film industry, I was responsible for bringing creative concepts to life, ensuring every detail met production standards and deadlines.
