Responsible for customer relationship and origination, structuring, credit analysis, elaboration of offering memoranda, proposal arrangements, and syndication of domestic facilities, as well as the design and structuring of interest rate and currency risk hedging strategies for the Corporate Banking customers.

Responsible for the commercialization of Capital Markets and Treasury products to small and medium enterprises throughout the banks network.

Responsible for the management and implementation of commercial policies for the above mentioned groups of clients throughout the retail network of the bank.

Responsible for origination of Bonds, Loans and Equity and distribution of loans for all lending products, including corporate lending, project finance, acquisition finance, leverage finance… Member of the Board of AIAF, Spanish Fixed Income Market.

responsibilities include the global relationship with financial institutions as clients and counterparts in the OCDE area and USA for all the product range that Caja Madrid offers (bond issues, covered bonds, securitisation, loans, guarantees , interest rate and currency risk hedging).

Responsible for the development of the Corporate Banking activity with corporate names in the assigned sectors worldwide and with European corporate clients (without presence in Spain) for the whole range of banking products including loans, credits, bonds and interest rate and currency hedging derivatives. Among the most relevant deals, the structuring and financing of most of the acquisition finance activity in the telecom sector during the years 2000 to 2003 is Spain and throughout Europe.

Responsible for the development of the Investment Banking activity of the Bank in Spain. The main client segments include Regional Governments, Financial Institutions, clients of the Madrid Branch (Food, Agricultural and Healthcare sectors), and large Spanish Corporates. The main products offered are origination of all types of bonds and other debt instruments, fixed income derivatives, interest rate derivatives, securitisation and tax structures.
