I currently lead a talented development team focused on delivering innovative solutions. In my role as Team Leader, I am responsible for guiding the team through the development lifecycle, from analyzing requirements to implementing and testing new features. I work closely with stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and user needs. Additionally, I mentor and onboard new developers, helping them grow their skills and integrate smoothly into the team. Analyzing and gathering requirements for new features, ensuring they meet both business needs and technical feasibility. Once I finished my engineering I was hired as a "Coordinador B de Construccion de Sistemas" I was responsible to understand business requirements and apply those to new applications.

This was an internship where I learned a lot of knowledge; My responsibilities were to migrate old applications to new .Net tecnologies.
