Full Recruitment Life Cycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned positions and adhere to established Turnaround Times (TAT). Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to design and implement a comprehensive recruiting strategy for Equifax India. Job Descriptions: Coordinate with stakeholders to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions. Requisition Management: Assist hiring managers in raising Workday job requisitions, ensuring timely approvals. Sourcing and Screening: Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates' resumes to hiring managers, based on initial HR screening. Cost-Effective Sourcing: Prioritise sourcing candidates through low-cost channels. Interview Coordination: Facilitate and participate in various interview rounds between candidates and interviewers. Offer Negotiation and Approval: Negotiate salaries with selected candidates and obtain necessary approvals to extend job offers. Offer Process and Documentation: Initiate the offer process in the system and complete all required documentation. Background Verification: Initiate and track background verification (BGV) for selected candidates, ensuring completion before their start date. Candidate Engagement: Maintain consistent communication with offered candidates to ensure a smooth and timely joining process. Onboarding Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to arrange logistics for new hires. Reporting: Maintain and update TA-related reports daily, and provide reports as needed. Other Responsibilities: Assisted the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with manpower planning, employee engagement, onboarding, induction, organizational announcements, and managed new employees on their first day to ensure a smooth transition.
