I lead cross-functional (research, development, manufacturing, and commercial) early development oncology project teams and establish asset strategy from pre-clinical development to pivotal studies.

I lead the development and evolution of the pRED Oncology strategy and portfolio, ensuring alignment across discovery, development, and partnering functions to drive innovation and R&D productivity. I serve as a key advisor to leadership, championing end-to-end strategic planning, external innovation initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to advance our oncology mission.

I maintain oversight of the overarching Oncology DTA strategy and departmental strategies, and facilitate alignment within the DTA, pRED and late-stage oncology. I manage deep-dive assessments to evaluate new areas of potential strategic interest.

I provide analytic, strategic, and decision support for the Hematology franchise. I help identify best options for clinical trial investments and answer strategic and decision support

I provide strategic decision-making support for the Genentech/Roche development portfolio by providing portfolio insights. I deliver robust portfolio strategies, guide investment decisions, and provide analytics to maximize late stage portfolio value and drive portfolio optimization.

Evaluated and invested in early to mid-stage companies across biotech and med tech sectors. Visionary Ventures is a venture capital fund that invests in life sciences. Visionary Ventures is an opportunistic venture fund that invests in early and late stages of a company's growth, from early-stage Series A rounds in clinical trials to late-stage rounds in commercialization. Our target investment range is $500K to $5M.

Succesfully co-found and led a team with three main objectives: 1. Create a platform to expedite and share medical information among medical professionals 2. Increase collaboration among medical professionals across the globe 3. Create a database will medical data could be shared, used, and analyzed globally

Used statistical and data analysis to perform research that resulted in publication of paper. (See Publication section below). Goal of the lab was to focus on contrasting the atopic status and incidence, location, and final diagnosis of skin diseases afflicting HCWs versus non-HCWs (NHCWs) evaluated for suspicion of allergic contact dermatitis (ACD); and among the population diagnosed with ACD, to compare the incidence and occupational relatedness of allergens found in HCWs with the rates observed in NHCWs.

The Penn Image Computing and Science Laboratory is at the forefront of research and education in all of the quantitative methods represented, including: segmentation, registration, morphometry and shape analysis, with numerous interdisciplinary collaborations spanning a variety of organ systems and all of the major and emerging modalities in biological/biomaterials imaging and in vivo medical imaging.
