- Launched Zid App publicly for the first time in the Zid Annual Event 2024, where the app managed to achieve more than 15K active merchants, 4.8/5 ratings in the App Store, and enabled merchants to complete more than 50K orders and manage +200K orders. - Scaling Zid App form 1 to N by outlining our strategy, managing our team, and ensuring the right product is delivered to the merchant, which in result achieves the intended outcome. - Building and improving our internal Backoffice system, which aims to increase the efficiency of zid employees, and to provide the flexibility needed to adjust and adapt internally and in our product. - Currently working on the PLG initiative within Zid, which aim to reimagine how users should interact with SaaS products and how can zid merchants get acquired and activated effectively. We managed to increase our monthly conversion rate from 0.2% to 25%, and sped up the registration and onboarding process to be done in a single day for the average user!

• Launched the Theme Store which allows partners to build and sell themes for Zid's merchants, which generated +300K SAR in revenue in under a year. • Building the new flagship app for Zid, which enhances the merchant's experience and productivity and enables the merchant to manage their day-to-day operations more easily. Zid app currently has more than 6000 active users.

- Trained and instructed aspiring product managers in the field of Product Management. - Went through the major points of Product Management, like Product Discovery, Product Delivery, and Product Launch. - Provided personal feedback and consultation sessions to students looking to expand on product management topics.

- Built the foundations for the Customer Value Management project at Sary, where it aims to manage the resources used to target the right customers, at the right time. - Worked on building an internal CRM to automate teams' processes and improve communication with Sary's users. - Conducting product researches and opportunity analysis to ensure the feasibility of a product. - Collaborating with Designers and Developers to provide a satisfying user experience.
