* Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times. * Maintain optimal stock levels. * Inform the purchase department well in advance about the items that reach the re- order level to order from supplies. * Review physical inventories periodically. * Maintain stock and consumption records. * Check incoming materials for quality, and quantity against invoices, purchase orders and packing slips or other documents. * Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice. * Keeps and updates records of good received and issued. * Prepare Documents and Report such as; Delivery Note, Gate Pass & Transmittal Form, Material Receiving Report, Daily & Monthly Report of Consumable Materials Status * Weekly Report of Store Materials Status. * Disposes of expired and wasted stock according to the current procedure. * Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned. * Promote inventory related awareness programs.

* Check and inspect all the equipment and materials before packing. * Organize and rearrange materials and products in warehouse. * Prepare inventory of all materials and products lying in warehouse. * Prepare and verify supplies before distribution. * Process and handle papers and documents relating to warehouse supplies. * Stock and store warehouse with products, supplies and equipment. * Maintain and manage warehouse operations. * Maintain warehouse premises clean and neat. * Ensure compliance of safety procedures in running warehouse operations. * Implement best practices in maintaining and managing warehouse.
