Recruit Local Coordinators to provide cross cultural experiences to families and communities through placement of international exchange students with host families in Michigan, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. USA High School students, Congress-Bundestag participants, Future Leaders Exchange participants, Youth Exchange and Study and the Serbia-Montenegro Grant Program.

Provided full event support for customer advisory boards, training sessions, council meetings and customer fly-in meetings. Implemented and fully documented a three year planning cycle to reduce internal time resources and cut labor costs drastically on an incentive travel program.

Project Manager for multi-million dollar 2006 ACDelco National Convention. Recruited and lead team of managers and executives in 18 month assignment to organize and deliver a six day trainging conference, technician contest, product expo and awards dinner for 6,000 attendees. Event acheived highest satisfaction score ever recorded for company and came within 1% of budget.

Led executive staff in establishing organizational and staff goals and objectives to complete a conprehensive divisional business plan. Conducted several Benchmarking studies with top 500 companies to establish best practice. Published benchmarking findings to business owners and the participating corporations, with detailed results of benchmarking best practice findings and recommendations for owner implementation.

Working in the world of international student exchange I have been blessed to oversee a wonderful team of Local Coordinators and together we have been able to facilitate the exchange experience for over 1,000 students since I became involved in this industry in the fall of 2010. I'm grateful to the team of 31 Independent Contractors in my territory that make these exchanges possible, and are truly opening minds one person at a time.
