- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication across multiple markets, including Jordan, UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia. - Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience. - Review and continuously optimize job descriptions in alignment with business needs. - Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. - Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster an inclusive, high-performance culture - Oversee the accuracy and integrity of employee records and HR systems - Run performance evaluations, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational objectives. - Coordinate and enhance the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes. - Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations. - Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures.

- Manage day-to-day HR operations including Jordan, Tunisia, and Turkey. - Develop and implement recruitment strategies, including job advertising, resume screening, interviewing, and job offers. - Oversee onboarding and training for new hires. - Maintain employee records and update the company database. - Create and distribute policy documents. - Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with social security and insurance programs. - Address employee concerns and provide HR policy guidance. - Administer compensation and benefits programs. - Utilize HRMIS for efficient HR processes and accurate employee data.
