Recruiting for N3/Accenture (through Pierpoint Internationl), a Business Process Outsourcing specialized in IT services located in different countries in US and Latin America. Duties included but not limited to: • Sourcing for IT positions such as Software Sales Specialist, Cloud Architects/Engineers, Account Managers, Business Intelligence etc. • Conducting phone Interviews • Create written and detailed phone screening for hiring managers to review and use during second interview with the candidate. • Verify work permits for foreign people • Follow up to complete offer and background once managers decided to hire.

Completed new hire onboarding process including but not limited to: • Background check reviews and general paperwork • Keeping track of candidates process • Creating rosters • Client system IDs • Orientation

• High-volume recruiting for a large Business Process Outsourcing company, duties included but not limited to: Reviewing applications, conducting phone interviews and extending initial paperwork for new hires. • Utilized targeted marketing efforts to increase applicant flow, including email campaigns and cold calling
