Salim Rennewi began his career in eCommerce growth in 2016. He quickly made a mark by launching, scaling, and successfully exiting his own DTC brand in the men’s grooming niche. His expertise in product development, eCommerce growth, and building operations infrastructure ignited a curiosity for other eCommerce niches, allowing him to consult over 100+ DTC brands and the VC-backed eCommerce aggregator, Opontia. During his consulting ventures, Salim realized there was a void in the market where investors lacked a unified gateway to credible digital brand ownership without having to sacrifice equity or profits. Rennewi Ventures emerged as the solution. The company bridges this gap, offering a holistic approach to digital brand investments, ensuring full ownership, transparency, and streamlined management under the Rennewi Ventures umbrella. Now, 2 years later, Salim launched SellAbroad, a VC-backed tech business focusing on helping e-commerce brands expand to new markets in minutes instead of months. This helps brands sell locally to global customers.
