Lead project to implement and integrate Salesforce.com CRM with existing business systems for national sales team and support departments. Ongoing responsibilities include day-to-day administration, development, integration, and deployment of custom Salesforce.com applications with the goal of streamlining existing business processes. Conceived and developed custom FileMaker Pro solutions, facilitating greatly enhanced inter-departmental communication and productivity, saving more than $250,000 in man-hour costs over a ten-year period. Played key design and development role in re-launch of company's e-commerce web presence, resulting in an increase of more than 230% in online sales over the previous year. As a product design artist, created product for Early Childhood and Elementary classroom use that continues to be sold through catalog and retail channels.

Produced marketing and promotional materials to obtain new architectural business. Designed environmental graphic treatments and signage for the hotel and service industries. Provided Apple Macintosh systems support for entire office staff.

Designed signage, graphic treatments and other printed collateral for high profile corporate and sporting events including the NFL Experience, Major League Baseball, and DreamWorks SKG. Created technical CAD drawings and renderings used for planning, permitting, and safety approval requirements. Responsible for managing a team of 3 in-house design artists, as well as several outside freelance artists.

Designed logos, advertising, signage, stationary, and other printed materials for all business needs. Provided system support for all Apple Macintosh users at corporate headquarters.
