Serve as a solo administrator to manage and configure Sales Cloud and Service Cloud and to provide training and support for all users. - Clean and import data. - Responsible for training all Users: Using self-created documentation and videos, developed 18 training courses in the Docebo learning management system (LMS) for all of our Sales team members. - Helped oversee a reconfiguration and relaunch of Sales Cloud. - Assisted in the configuration and launch of Service Cloud. - Use Flow to automate processes, including the creation of parent/child opportunity relationships, notifications, etc. - Use Jira, Cloudingo, and Salesforce Inspector. - Gathered business requirements and then configured Salesforce to meet business demands and user groups' needs. - Configured customizations for individuals and groups (i.e., developed a custom home page using Visualforce, Lightning App Builder, custom reports, etc.). - Create reports and dashboards. - Establish and maintain security settings in Salesforce (org-wide defaults, profiles, roles, permission sets, and groups).

- Create and teach in-person and online (synchronous and nonsynchronous) courses for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. - Build comprehensive reports for state and national accreditation boards. - Authored/co-authored 3 nationally-recognized books/textbooks and more than 60 articles and reports. - Conducted research. including a study that was completed 100% remote. - Analyze data and use the results to make informed conclusions. - Design unique technological tools and methods to solve problems and improve efficiencies. - Presented at more than 50 conferences using in-person, synchronous online, and asynchronous online formats. - Served on a national panel of 8 advisors for a highly reputable, educational website, ReadWriteThink.org. - Serve on 2 international editorial boards and multiple organization panels.

- Worked as a licensed real-estate agent part-time, while working full-time as a teacher. - Listed and sold homes, condominiums, and townhomes. - Organized home inspections. - Developed strong organizational and people skills.

- Worked as a classroom teacher and reading specialist, grades K through 8. - Developed and implemented a district-level alternative instructional program, for grades K-3. - Generated a parent volunteer information manual. - Trained, coordinated, and directed parent volunteers. - Supervised prospective teachers.

This course focused on learning Salesforce developer skills, including SOQL, SOSL, DML, Lightning Web Components, Apex coding, triggers, and testing. For 16 weeks, this course met 2 nights per week, and many hours of hands-on out-of-class were required each week.

In pursuit of supplementing my admin skills with coding skills, I successfully completed this 40-hour course sponsored by Salesforce.
