Lead daily operations and directly oversee six core departments: Projects, Finance, Cost Control & Procurement, Human Resources, Maintenance, and Information Technology. Led and delivered critical infrastructure projects for governmental entities while adhering to approved schedules and budgets. Supervised projects including water and sewage networks, road works, horizontal directional drilling, and concrete works. Successfully delivered governmental projects in East Abha for the National Water Company and the Ministry of Environment. Key Achievements: Execution of more than 166 km of water and sewage pipelines. Completion of 210,000 m² of asphalt works. Delivery of 1,300 m³ of concrete works. Installation of 614 residential water connections and 433 sewage connections. Managed relationships with owners, governmental authorities, and municipalities to ensure rapid issue resolution. Developed detailed project schedules and ensured compliance with quality and safety standards. Led planning activities, scope definition, tender preparation, and technical & financial proposals. Controlled project costs, analyzed variances, and implemented corrective actions. Prepared periodic performance reports to support management and client decision-making. Supervised project handover and official closure with relevant authorities.
