• Configuration & Troubleshooting (FortiGate-PaloAlto-FortiManager-Panorama) • Managing and configuring Proxy Server settings to ensure optimal performance • Maintaining LAN, WLAN, and architecture of the Network as per the business policy. • Participate in configuration and management program to install updated security tools. • Provide technical support to log aggregation set-up and assist in all response measures. • Prepare designs for the improvement of network detection tools. • Configuration & Troubleshooting of Cisco products (Routers-Switches-WLCs). • Demonstrated proficiency in IPSEC and SSL VPN technologies and protocols.

• Monitor and Manage switches, routers, firewalls and servers in network infrastructure. • Creating/Managing Trouble tickets for POS, SmartPOS and SoftPOS. • Network Monitoring using SolarWinds, PRTG, Cacti and Whatsup Gold as monitoring tools. • Incidents escalation to L2 and L3 teams for further action and resolution + Provide support to resolve critical incidents + Provide systems/devices availability. • Monitoring the Infra for all company branches (KSA, Egypt and India) and M2M SIM Cards connectivity. • Manage end user support and application related issues. • Creating/Managing Incident tickets for NOC & Operation by using ITSM tool ServiceNow. • Applications performance monitoring F5 BIG-IP by evaluating application (response time and high SSL connections alert). • Controlling, administration, fault management and performance management procedures. • Overseeing security of all network systems. • Monitoring, maintaining and Fixing network faults Active Directory, LAN, WLAN, WAN. • Maximize network availability and performance through monitoring, trouble-shooting network problems, outages and scheduling upgrades . • Secure network systems by establishing and enforcing policies, and defining and monitoring access.
