Hybrid solution deployment supervision & commissioning. • Respond to technical inquiries and provide support for company products, such as UPS, PDU, Precision Air Conditioner, Battery, Generator, NMS, Telecom Power, 5G Power, etc. • Take effective measures to restore serious incidents, mitigate root causes, and escalate to higher-level support when necessary. • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform root cause failure analysis, and provide fault resolution. • Proactively communicate with internal teams (e.g., customer care, product experts) to ensure customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner. • Participate in the product delivery lifecycle and contribute suggestions for product configuration and upgrades. • Take part in internal training and visit Huawei Technical Labs to stay updated on the latest product developments. • Collect, analyze, and report on technical issues, escalating when necessary to improve customer satisfaction. • Available for flexible work hours to respond to urgent technical inquiries.

As part of the Operation Management Centre (OMC), I developed strong technical skills in network monitoring, fault management, performance analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting. I also applied key soft skills such as problem-solving, communication, teamwork, time management, and adaptability to ensure efficient and reliable network operations.

As someone who has received training courses in PV solar systems, SCADA technology, and LEED certification, While I have limited practical experience, my training has equipped me with the skills to diagnose electrical machine faults and implement protective measures in electrical systems.I'm passionate about applying this knowledge to real-world projects.
