• Participating in committees, such as: Investigation committee, compliance committee, etc. • Supporting the delivery of day to day operations and projects. • Leading initiative projects, such as: Contract authentication project, overtime revising and updating finger-print data. • Reporting and deliver presentations for executives.

SAP tasks: • Updating employees' information. • Issuing internal letters for employees such as (promotion-end of service-salary slip). • Managing the medical insurance policy. • Issuing employee status reports. • Closing employee "End of service" procedure. Government platforms tasks (Qewa, Muqeem, Mudad, HRSD, chamber of commerce...etc.): • Renewing Iqama. • Issuing visas. • Issuing letters to government entities. •Issuing ratifications by chamber of commerce. • Updating employees' information. • Handling offical delegations. Other tasks: • Working on medical insuarances. • Issuing flight tickets for Non-saudi employees.
