Salama Al Ameemi

I’m an organizational transformation professional with approximately 14 years of experience ranging from human resources management, finance, procurement to strategic business planning, and performance management. Furthermore, 4 years of experience in the organizational transformation of projects in the Central Government of Abu Dhabi, I've succeeded in setting up and managing organizational and governance frameworks leading to strategic changes across diverse functions both within and outside the General Secretariat of the Executive Council. I'm currently the Director General of The Authority of Social Contribution - Ma'an. Were we bringing the government, private sector, and civil society together to help drive social innovation and build a culture of social contribution and participation while aiming to strengthen Abu Dhabi’s position as one of the best global destinations to work and live in.
