Accomplishments I'm proud of: • Earned rapid promotions from Project Coordinator Senior Project Manager to Special Projects Senior Manager through demonstration of remarkable leadership skills and performance. • Managed and delivered the Jeddah Season Program, encompassing seven distinct projects, culminating in a memorable and culturally enriching experience for all participants and attendees.

Being a Senior Project Manager, I directed all facets of the entire project life cycle, overseeing multiple minor initiatives and major projects from initiation to deployment within time and budget constraints. I set accurate estimates and project plans for all project phases. I demonstrated on-site leadership, fostering team cohesion and driving team members toward achieving project objectives and milestones. I secured necessary resources to meet project objectives within planned timeframes. I coordinated project management team meetings to share key ideas for continuous improvement. Major Achievements: • Procured and orchestrated the deployment of 1,200 drones for seven shows. • Oversaw global shipping of 350 containers from multiple international sites for the "BLVD World" project. • Operated within a problem-solving environment, showcasing creativity, analytical skills, and strong commitment to teamwork, innovation, and excellence.

In this role, I supervised project procurement processes and activities to ensure smooth workflow. I monitored project advancement and addressed any arising issues. Also, I maintained quality standards and ensured compliance across all project facets, while streamlining operations for multiple sites. I orchestrated project schedules, allocated resources, and managed information flow. I have collaborated with clients to identify and establish project requirements, scope, and objectives. In this tenure, I conducted sales presentations to engage with diverse prospective clients. I updated client records and fostered strong relationships via open communication. I have played a key role in determining pricing schedules for quotations. Moreover, I championed all aspects of operations, including estimation, scheduling, procurements, and project management. Being a Project Management Intern, I offered valuable recommendations and solutions to clients while supporting the consultant team by thoroughly grasping and interpreting client needs. I integrated IoT and AI into BIM models in close collaboration with the research and development department. Major Achievements: • Received training in RIB iTWO Cloud Technology to boost knowledge and performance. • Gained specialisation in 5D End-to-End Project Simulation and Planning, delivering professional enterprise solutions for construction projects worldwide.
