Some of key responsibilities ; • Manage customer projects to assist the Sales team in closing new businesses. • Identify needs and opportunities through direct interactions with customers with the ability to translate those unmet needs into differentiated new product or service solutions. • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and R&D teams to help map future needs and trends in key market segments. • Resolving key customer issues and complaints. • Develop key support tools for new products, including training packages, technical data sheets and technical reports. • Provide technical support to customers with existing or new products. • Managing Application Lab activities (evaluation and approval of new products as per market needs). • Give technical presentations and lead technical discussions during customer visits. • Serve as a technical resource to other team members locally and/or globally. • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts. • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback. • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Some of key responsibilities ; • Lead key projects in R&D to support business goals. • Develop concepts, products and solutions by coordinating with concerned departments. • Ensure project tracking dashboard is maintained and results are communicated in a timely manner. • Improving our product range and keeping the product range up to date. • Establish peer level connect with co-suppliers and customers in order to identify potential opportunities for synergies and joint development. • Developing Bases and tinting formulations for “Color Tinting System” using different software solutions. • Maximize product profitability and improve product performances against the competition. • Developing bases and in-house tinting formulations for “Dealer Tinting System”. • Providing necessary support to Sales department and QC in customer complaint readdress and analysis. • Ensures and consolidates that the growth of the technical "know-how" within the working group is shared and constantly increasing. • Lead team of talented Chemists, technicians, with pride of having played key role in success of some of the commercialized products.

Some of key responsibilities ; • Development of new products based on market requirements. • Perform complete review, verification, and validation for new products to ensure conformity to requirement and fitness for use. • Product’s Benchmarking: technical comparison against competition products via preparing a proper technical comparison with subsequent action plan. • New Vendor development: evaluation of alternate raw materials in Standard products for product up-gradation/ improvement/ cost reduction. • Generate & develop necessary test methods & specification for raw material. • Coordination with Production department to standardize the manufacturing process. • Supervising team of Chemists & technicians in R&D department to achieve the required department’s plan. • Providing the necessary training for Chemists, Sales team. • Evaluating the performance of R&D team members with identifying the required training/development plans.

Some of key responsibilities as follow; • Perform all required examinations tests on new raw materials. • Providing the required support to Sales, production, marketing departments. • Working on new product development. • Evaluating the competition products (benchmark). • Improving the quality of company's products.

• Perform all required examinations tests on raw materials- by standard methods- also for products either while manufacturing process or when finished. • Follow up the production process by making an in –process & final inspection tests on all products. • Conduct instrument calibration by standard calibration methods for all measuring devices located in the laboratory.
