-Responsible for NPI and mass production planning and purchasing. -Weekly analysis of supply and demand and provide weekly NPI shortage reports and Escalation reports. -Plan, schedule, coordinate and monitor the new product families. Key deliverables are to meet critical customer commits and revenue targets for each quarter. -Work with functional groups like BOM engineer, Program Co and Engineering teams to ensure all requisites are in place to achieve smooth supply for support demand fulfillment and customer deliveries. -Manage the NPI process with BOM teams, Program Co and Engineering teams to ensure successful completion of build phases. -Ensure enough capacity and raw materials are in place to meet all requirements within manufacturing cycle times. -Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand. -Spear-head inventory control to ensure optimal usage of supply and performs analysis to proactively identify and minimize potential excess supply during NPI product phase. -Provide suggestions and implement safety stock on assemblies and materials to protect against fluctuations in supply resolve any issues as required. -Responsible for building effective inventory strategies that align with financial objectives of the company. -Identify potential supply risks and inventory exposures by aligning supply chain processes. Illuminate imapct to supply continuity for finished Goods Inventory. -Perform capacity analysis into support what-if scenarios, forecast changes, and plan for production growth. -Monitor the daily productin plan and make sure that the plan is executed accordingly. -To follow up on daily output both SMT and Module with production supervisors and Engineering teams. -Perform analysis to proactively identify potential shortages and drives expedites to close the gab. -Expedites and coordinates the delivery both non-consign material with Buyer teams and consign materials with customers.

-Manage and control and follow up raw material each work order in order to be ready/completed and release for Production Planning. -Manage and control work order updated to latest BOM revision before release to Production Planning. -Follow up/expedite raw material delivery according to MRP with Purchasing including coordinate with other concern such as Program management, Warehouse and Production for work order release as target. -Manage and control raw material on hand at optimum level to meet company inventory turn target. -Manage and control consigned raw material from customer both PO and reconciliation including report as required. -Support inventory analysis in order to define and submit surplus and inactive for customer liability to Program in all cases such as ECO and change of demand. -Support consigned raw material, balance on hand and usage report submit to Program management for payment arrangement to customer by monthly basis. -Manage raw material of EOL project or account after announced by customer through Program Management by list out the whole BOM to Purchasing in order to remove VMI and proceed for other cancellation action according to MRP. -Support sales raw material to customer by checking stock availability coordinate with Warehouse, BOI document and Traffics for shipment arrangement as required. -Submit daily raw material urgent to receiving and IQA in order to expedite part disposition to support work order released or production. -Forecast review with Program management and Material Control Manager upon final approval by BU Head to active into SAP in order to control fluctuation of demand and exposure minimization. -Manage and control MDS yo optimize ATP between demand and supply through top FG level plan order and work order -Review MDS online (PO from customer) based on forecast consuming and raw material visibility at the time to commit as request or the best delivery as much as possible.

-To work for and support all customer management activities; order receipt and delivery commitment, feedback or response all any customer requirement. To perform scheduling and planning role such as demand driven scheduling, productivity on capacity plan and optional utlization, production build plan distribution and delivery schedule. -Plan to produce annual finished goods (Master plan) and monthly (Monthly production plan) in order to comply with demand forecast. -Analyzing and planning the ordering of raw materials to support production requirements. -Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan and facilitate on-time material to the production line as and when required, avoiding disruption to production and take follow up actions in relation to material shortage that affect production. -Schedule and control the supply of raw materials/ components to meet production requirements and minimum stock levels. -Solve delivery problem with supplier & related department to improve delivery performance in order to fulfill customer satisfaction. -Effectively manage supply at the right time and quantities with the lowest cost while inventory is controlled at all time as low as possible. -Negotiate urgent add order request, pull in and postpone delivery requests with suppliers both normal shipment and urgent shipment. -Control record production result and follow up with production result and push up to meet target. -Communicating with internal production and support organizations to manage the plan in efficient. -Manage all concern in case of there are potential, delivery problem, change production paln or schedules.
