Designing and building full-stack web/mobile applications for a youth daycare coaching company using Next.js, React, TypeScript, and MongoDB. One is a feedback platform allowing principals to submit structured reviews on coaches, and coaches to submit feedback on school visits, with star ratings, written comments, and category breakdowns. Building a role-based authentication system with separate portals for admins, coaches, and principals, an admin dashboard to manage users and view all feedback, and an automated daily email digest sent via Resend. Another is a real-time task management platform where admins assign tasks to coaches with priorities, due dates, and times. Coaches view their tasks on a kanban board or list view, update statuses, and communicate with admins through per-task comment threads. Integrating automated email and SMS reminders via Resend and Twilio that fire on task assignment, on the due date, and when tasks become overdue. Both applications are being deployed to production on Vercel with secure JWT-based authentication and MongoDB Atlas as the database.

Managed and updated the organization’s website to ensure accurate, engaging, and timely communication of events, announcements, and resources. Collaborated with team members to maintain up-to-date content, improve site organization, and enhance user experience. Designed flyers, posters, and digital graphics for print and online use to promote events and initiatives. Strengthened community engagement and outreach through effective digital communication and consistent branding.

Operated the cash register, processed transactions, and provided friendly customer service. Prepared and served ice cream and other food items according to company standards. Maintained cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Led the Cybersecurity Committee, organizing and teaching workshops on topics such as cryptography, Linux, and scripting. Created detailed slide decks, hands-on activities, and interactive lessons to help students develop technical and problem-solving skills in cybersecurity.
