I am handling arbitration as well as litigation cases. ➢ Conducted research work on various cases regarding their judgments. ➢ Attending arbitration meeting in various high-profile case (Amazon, MTNL, Bel India Ltd.) etc. ➢ During the meeting I had to written some important point of the case. ➢ After that we made a cross examination question for the opposition party. ➢ Drafting the notice for opposition party. ➢ We were given a task related to work which we had to finish before the given time.
