Successfully designed and implemented comprehensive high voltage and low voltage system architecture for a diverse range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, train and tractors. My work involves - Architectural design - Developing robust electrical architectures (High voltage and low voltage) tailored to the specific performance and safety requirements of each vehicle type, ensuring optimal integration of high voltage systems (e.g., batteries, power electronics, electric motors) and low voltage components (e.g., control systems, sensors, fuses, relays, switches.). Familiarity with high voltage wiring, connectors, and insulation systems. Wire Harness - I work on low voltage power distribution networks and the design of wiring harnesses to optimize space and weight. Worked on wire harness assembly using E3 software and Capital logic Battery Management Systems (BMS) - I have designed BMS architecture, including cell monitoring, balancing, and state-of-charge (SOC) calculations. Experience with low voltage communication protocols (CAN, LIN, UART). Safety Standards and Regulations - Awareness of industry safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61851) and guidelines for high voltage systems. Implementation of proper safety measures to mitigate risks associated with high voltage systems, including insulation resistance testing and fault analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (internally within the company and the client's team) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with mechanical components, enhancing overall vehicle functionality and performance.
