1)Assisting in the recruitment process, conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate with the hiring managers for interviews and selections. 2)Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including document verification, induction, and training coordination. 3)Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal details, employment status, leave balances, etc.). 4)Assist with the implementation and tracking of employee performance management processes. Coordinate performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development plans. 5)Support employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive and productive work environment. 6)Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns. 7)Assist in processing payroll, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursements. 8)Support day-to-day HR administration tasks, including organizing meetings, preparing HR communications, and maintaining HR records. 9)Assist with exit interviews, employee separation processes, and offboarding procedures. 10)Calculation of statutory payments i.e. Provident fund, and professional Tax

Responsible for administrative tasks in HR department, updating employee records, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, assisting in payroll activities, supporting hr policies and procedures.

The role involved conducting market research, creating promotional activities, creating marketing strategies and plans, analyse market data and costumer behavior, add new ideas and suggestions for marketing projects, develop and maintain relationship with dealers, monitor and analyse competitor activities.
