As a human resources professional, I know how important my role is in regards to business success.As a Human Resources Manager at Airoha Technology Corp., a leading semiconductor company, I manage the end-to-end life cycle of employees, performance management system, training and development, employee experience and engagement, and HR analytics for the complete group. I also streamline the HR policies and processes of the organization, ensuring compliance and best practices. With over 9 years of experience in HR and admin operations, I have contributed to the growth and success of various companies, such as Zindagi Technologies and Mystery Rooms India, by providing strategic HR solutions, counseling on recruitment, employee relations, retention, and training programs, and handling complex situations with professionalism and confidentiality. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, with a field of study in Human Resources Management and Services. I have also earned multiple certifications, such as Banking Operations and MS Office, and received a Pat on the Back award from Zindagi Technologies for my outstanding performance. I am passionate about enhancing the human capital of the organization and empowering the employees to achieve their potential.
