- Spearhead the development and execution of global, multi-year category and supplier spend management strategies, with a focus on Major Projects and Local Capex Sourcing Strategy for India. - Lead the implementation of project sourcing strategies aligned with project planning objectives. - Develop and execute Capex and MRO Sourcing Strategies for India, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder objectives. - Conduct comprehensive cost and spend analyses to identify and drive target savings and cost reduction initiatives. - Develop and implement sustainable cost-saving initiatives for Capital procurement in India. - Oversee end-to-end processes including SAP utilization, Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, and supplier selection. Plan and strategize negotiations based on trends, demand, supply, and vendor quotations; prepare COQs and BARs. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, MRO, Technical Services, Reliability, and Supply Chain/Store to ensure strategic continuity. Develop procurement schedules and report progress to management and internal customers. - Ensure all procurements are executed within approved budgets, minimizing costs to the company. - Provide leadership in Strategic Sourcing, Contracts Management, Expediting, and Vendor Management in an international context. - Perform market research and supplier due diligence to assess industry and supplier landscapes. Enhance organizational capability by coaching and training internal stakeholders on procurement core skills at the Mesana plant.

• Handling Indirect Procurement with an overall spend of 25 Mn USD • Lead the development & execution of multi-year category and supplier spend management strategies on a global, firm-wide level. • Conduct in-depth cost & spend analysis to develop target savings & cost reduction initiatives. • Procurement – Projects, CAPEX and MRO category (Capital or Machine and Automation, Renovation & Building, MRO and Site Service, IT, Logistics, Fleet and Travelling, Professional service, and others) • Design and execute strategy for procurement of materials for various Department stakeholders. • Engaged in Planning & and strategy for negotiation based on various parameters viz. value engineering, trend, demand & and supply and analyzed various quotations put forth by the vendors and prepared comparison reports. • Finalization of Commercial for Equipements, Services Consultancy, Civil and infrastructure, Electricals and Electronics items, HVAC and Refrigeration, Packaging Equipment, and Activities with Domestic & Foreign Vendors for Engineering Projects.

Executive - Engineering Purchase is responsible for managing the procurement of engineering goods, equipment, and services required for projects. Key Responsibilities: Source and procure engineering materials, equipment, and services in line with project requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best deals. Ensure timely delivery of materials and coordinate with suppliers to resolve any issues. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance. Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align procurement with technical specifications. Monitor inventory levels and manage reordering to avoid project delays. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and industry regulations.

Purchase supports the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of goods and services. This role involves coordinating with vendors, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining accurate records and adhering to company policies. Key Responsibilities: Assist in creating and processing purchase orders and ensuring timely approval. Coordinate with vendors for order fulfillment, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders to avoid stock shortages. Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor contracts, and communications. Support the procurement team in negotiating pricing and terms with suppliers. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures. Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities and cost-saving initiatives.

Vendor Management: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery capabilities. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and manage communication to resolve any issues. Assist in negotiating terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with vendors to secure favorable agreements. Purchase Order Management: -Create and process purchase orders (POs) in accordance with company policies and procedures.Track the status of orders to ensure timely delivery and follow up with vendors as needed. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately. Compliance and Documentation:-Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of purchases, contracts, and vendor communications. Assist in preparing reports on procurement activities and performance metrics.
