- Responsible for End to End Recruitment process for the multiple accounts - Handle major accounts as Single point of contact - To interact with delivery, hiring and technical teams to understand the business requirements -Identifying market trends and researching information effectively through various channels. - Assist in the development of the search strategy, including researching potential target industries and construction of company target lists - Sourcing through job portal, Professional networking (LinkedIn), Cold calling, employee referrals, resume database (Streamline), Internet recruiting. - Handling Mass Volume, Niche, High End and Critical Requirements - Scheduling and Co-coordinating interviews with the clients for shortlisted candidates. - POFU (post-offer follow up) Making salary justifications for the shortlisted candidates and taking approval on the fitment. - Following up with the candidates until/post they are on board.
