I am a manufacturing entrepreneur focused on building a scalable, organized rubber manufacturing platform in India progressing from strong regional execution toward national leadership. As Founder & Managing Director of Fajr Industries Pvt. Ltd., I lead the manufacturing of rubber mats across dairy, sports, fitness, residential, and play infrastructure segments. Our operations are built around institutional-grade quality, durability, and reliability, serving customers who demand long-term performance rather than short-term cost optimization. Our growth strategy is driven by vertical integration, process discipline, and long-term capacity creation, not trading or opportunistic sourcing. This allows us to build a manufacturing system that is consistent, scalable, and resilient. EazyMat is our branded product line, created to bring standardization, consistency, and professional benchmarks to a largely fragmented rubber mat market. The brand represents our commitment to product reliability, specification control, and organized supply. In parallel, I am driving 360ReLife, our circular recycling initiative focused on responsible rubber reuse, ELT (End-of-Life Tyre) recycling, and sustainable material flows across the manufacturing lifecycle. This initiative reflects our belief that manufacturing leadership must be paired with environmental responsibility. Our group ecosystem also includes Fajr Polymers LLP, a sister company that strengthens raw-material capability, sourcing control, and operational depth within the rubber value chain further supporting our vertically integrated platform. Beyond industrial manufacturing, I am the Founder of Smart Agro Village, operated through Arvensis Biotech Pvt. Ltd. This is a live agro-ecology initiative combining fruit plantations, integrated livestock farming, and rural stay facilities, designed to create sustainable livelihoods while demonstrating responsible land use and regenerative resource practices. Looking ahead, my long-term vision is Fajr Global (Vision 2040) to build an ethical, globally relevant enterprise spanning manufacturing, circular economy, and agro-infrastructure, proving that profitability and principles can scale together. I believe the next generation of enterprises will be built at the intersection of industrial scale, environmental responsibility, and ethical leadership.
