As HSE professional, I am responsible for developing and implementing health and safety plans, enforcing policies, and evaluating practices for facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines. Conduct training sessions, monitor compliance, investigate accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement. Develop & maintain RA, JSA, JHA's.

As HSE/ Project Risk Manager, i was responsible for developing and implementing health and safety plans, enforcing policies, and evaluating practices and facilities to ensure compliance with legal guidelines. Conduct training sessions, monitor compliance, investigate accidents, and provide recommendations for improvement. Developed & maintain Risk Register, implement the risk plan and conduct risk management workshops (In-House).

During my tenure with Mid, I managed & coordinate Health & Environmental system for the project. As HSE Coordinator, I was responsible for implementing and monitoring site-specific health, safety and environmental operations and tasks at the assigned job site.

My core responsibilities were as Operation Engineer to manage the shift and ensured the smooth running of the production process as per SSOW following with company’s Health and Safety procedures & as per OSHA standards. Implemented the EHS policies to minimize risks, outline safety procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance with federal occupational health and safety laws and regulations.

Prepared for solutions with regards to complex engineering issues and assist with engineering solutions during shutdown execution for different oil & Gas industry. Ensured adequate engineering solution to overcome in time engineering problems in preparation for major shutdowns. As shutdown Engineer i was directly reported to the Planning / Project Manager, implemented the HSE policy, Plans with daily/weekly records of statistics, routine daily maintenance tasks in the plant for Mechanical & Rotary and Inspection works. Followed up on the job preparation detailing man-hour estimates, spare parts requirements and workshop/other section support services.
