Stores Management was the additional responsibility assigned to System audit ( SAP) for transaction analyses and process control. Inventory management and Outsourcing was the need to improve the performance of stores and so worked on the project completing it on time in the Year 2005. Rejected material in the stores was a pileup as the end to end cycle was incomplete.
