Roles & Responsibilities - 1st employee of the Organization, joined on Day 1, built systems from 0 MRR to 3.5 Cr MRR. - Built central Authentication Microservice using JWT in 2 days that powers 6 microservices. - Built central Payment Microservice by integrating Razorpay, used by 3 microservices. - Built Matching Engine (Scheduling Microservice) that matches customers with Phlebotomist on-demand and slot wise that include Calendar/Roster Management, Slot Management, Geofencing, City/Hub Management. Caters to Logistics and Reverse Logistics of the supply chain. - Built Central Backend Microservice that caters to Orange Health Apps and web (both Doctor and Patient) that connnects with PostgreSQL, Firebase Realtime DB (for Chat service), Firebase cloud functions, Redis, AWS SQS (for Async operations). - Built Central Communication Microservice for SMS, WhatsApp and Email notification. - Built internal dashboards using Low-code platform Retool. - Dockerised all the repositories. Created Kubernetes clusters for staging and production environments. - Setup Application Logging Architecture and guidelines. - Setup Caching Clusters and architecture on AWS Redis managed service. - Setup Backend error logging pipeline using Sentry and Slack notifications. - Setup Django boilerplate for Python micro-services. - Trained Software Engineers to become standalone Product Engineers. - Took care of Product requirements without a PM for initial 1.5 years of the org alongside the founders. - Supported as 1st respondent of Production issues for 2 years (avg resolution time - 10 minutes) - Setup log management (Scalyr), error management (Sentry), APM (New Relic), Infrastructure Management (AWS).

About the application (FloProfit) - The application provides an Analytical view to the MSME about their business which runs on Tally ERP software. The application is cloud based which implies the Business Owners can view the Tally Data on the go without having to check in the Destkop based application on their local machine. The application provides information like - Sales, Purchase, Expenses/Incomes, Bank Balance, Customer/Supplier Based Receivables/Payables, Stock Inventories, Godowns information, Time based and Customer Based Reports, Alerting for Due date vouchers, etc. Led a team of 4-5 developers and QAs at any point of time. Elixir Based Application development (Technical Implementation) - 1. Functional programming paradigm. 2. Setup the boilerplate for Phoenix based application (Elixir language). 3. Led the implementation of JWT based authentication/authorisation service. 4. Implemented and developed Partner Based and Admin Based dashboards. 5. Created Open Source Libraries for Soft Delete and UUID modules for Elixir Applications. 6. Written PostgreSQL queries for implementing and setup for Financial Services for Analytical Study of the business healths of MSME sector in India. 7. Setup Airbrake for Error Logging. 8. Backend Developer Worked on chat solution between ailing Patient and helping Doctor. 1. Used Firebase for socket connections between devices and NoSQL database. 2. Created backend architecture for Voice and Video chats. 3. Created differential pricing model architecture for different specialities based on geographical locations. 4. Created seamless backend architecture and codebase for 24 * 7 chat service for Practo Plus Subscriptions. 5. Follows TDD (Test Driven Development) and encouraged for the same. 6. Created backend architecture for providing 24 * 7 chat service to Different partners (both intracompany and outbound partners). 7. Took care of SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for User-related issues, and TAT (Turn Around Time) for ticket resolutions were maintained at 4 hours for 90th percentile. 8. Managed deployments for Consult Service (Practo's Product) and took care of the infrastructure (Cron server, Worker server, the Application server). 9. On-Call at 1st Level and 2nd Level Pagerduties for Consult.

Full Stack Developer 1. Contributed and maintained Ray Follow-up (a chat feature which enables patients to chat with their doctor after their physical appointment). 2. Created backend dashboards for internal day to day work for operations and finance. 3. Created Doctor web answering platform for questions asked to them by consumers of the service.
