When I take delivery of new location from Business Development Department, I contact with related person to check the location from all tecnical aspect and then following the process in below. Responsible for project and construction at Özsüt company. In total 32 stores were realized under my management. One of these stores is located Baku/Azerbaijan. Furthermore I managed flagship concept store of Özsüt at Meydan Mall. Our Head Office was moved to another location and all these processes which are projects, tender documents, agreement with contractor were managed by me. My duty is project and construction & installation affairs of store that are managed by me in countries of Middle East Region. I managed 16 projects within 1 year and these projects locations are in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Jeddah-Makkah-Madinah-Riyadh-Jubail-Al Hofuf, Dammam), State of Kuwait and United Arab Emirates (Dubai). In 2012, December 19 site management was under my responsibility. Also I managed all the construction process of 2 manufacture factory, 1 Head Office, 1 Regional Office.In 2012 a new concept came to Turkey – Pizza Theatre. My collegues and I have worked on it in order to adapt in Turkey working with Business Development’s demographic datas. Some stores are old concept, some are new. I decided the concept according to location. By this means I arranged the investment cost.
