During the tenure, the entire brake lining manufacturing process was studied including the quality tests that were being done. Have successfully re-engineered a 9 cavity press tool for a new product that was under development stage for semi-curing and forming process in the press tool, taking into consideration both mechanical and thermal aspects of design.
