Management and coordination of the Fleet program with 350+ vehicles across the United States and Canada; which are owned and leased units. I have a variety of functions and tasks, such as personnel management, vehicle acquisition, remarketing processes, maintenance, fuel billing, driver safety, unit assignment, and accounts analysis. In addition, I deal with accounts payable by managing and recording all the invoices of each fleet Business Unit with which we work. In addition, the analysis of the information and the reports, the daily count/reports of termination of human resources, the daily routines of BU, I am in constant contact with our stakeholders to provide all the information and communication of the program.

I was in charge of coordinating the FOC T-Mobile team, along with the Manager and Team leader. I supported the Mexico team to generate excellent work habits to improve the organization and the account. I attended meetings with the Regional Team Leaders of the campaign, with the purpose of reviewing and examining the Project's processes, automating and building common methods. Communication with the team was strong, ensuring that the team was aligned and followed the processes. Analyzed the SLAs reports and took actions to meet the Service Level Agreement based on the established contract.
