Process various blood, biofluids, and tissue samples for qPCR using a variety of lab procedures and equipment. Conduct qPCR according to the SOPs and Protocol. Maintain quality, safety, and sterility control standards. Maintain the lab and equipment in clean and organized manner. Data management on logbooks, document experimental procedures, and associated data. Conduct R&D experiments. Turned to "Work-on-Call" since December, 2025.

Assisting scientists, post-docs, and other lab technicians in setting up research experiments, data collection, medium preparation, DNA/RNA extraction, tissue culture, and cherry genetic transformation with Agrobacterium vectors. Work with sterile techniques and biosafety levels 0-2. Providing in-house bioinformatics tools, APIs, or solutions by Python, Java, R, and PowerShell languages for large-scale data with customized formatted files. Training students, part-time employees, and volunteers as needed.

Process SPF chicken embryos, cell cultures, and microbial cultures. Prepare media, buffers, and solutions. Complete internal documentation. Perform housekeeping activities, including waste disposal and glassware preparation. Perform all other related duties as assigned. Quality control by cell counts, colonies counts and incubating. Work environment is biosafety level 3.

Fuel pump and tactical truck operation, fuel supply and management, preventive maintenance, and check service. Work in the military environment. Managed and supplied diesel fuel for 2 years. Maintained and repaired fuel trucks during my time in service. Conducted fuel quality control for fuel filter/separate systems. Deployed for Spartan Shield Operation for 3 months in the Middle East in 2021. Support Afghan refugees in the USA. Recommended Distribution Leadership Course for promotion before discharge with physical and mental injuries.

Molecular biologist role. Projects include: Optimize Auto DNA Isolation Processing on the company system, Real-time PCR, and HBV DNA Standard Kit Production. Report and customer services. Main experiments: - Aurora DNA auto-extracting system and manual purification methods effects. - MagJET DNA/RNA Purification kit and Viet A Purification kit effects. - Traditional DNA purification (chemical) and Thermo MagJET (magnet) effects. - HBV-DNA Realtime-PCR standard curves improvement to research “purification methods affect DNA concentration” in company products range. - Verify customers’ product complaints.

Projects include Anti-oxidant peptide extraction from hydrolysis seahorse protein and Fibroin nanoparticles production. Main experiments & techniques: - AKTA Gel Filter Chromatography for 50 samples of protein and peptide purification. - Zorbax HPLC for purification and analysis for 100 fractions after GFC. - Protein hydrolysis and optimization with DesignExpert software. - Lowry methods to determine protein contents. - Conducted around 100 experiments and statistical data analysis. - Support 4 intern students to design experiments and data analysis with Design Expert 12.
