From Self-Taught Coder to Founder & CEO: My Journey in Tech 🚀 My journey into coding began during my graduation when I developed a strong interest in technology. However, without guidance, I had no clear path to start. After completing my degree, I worked in industries like BPO and Customer Service, but my passion for coding remained strong. Determined to break into tech, I used my free time to self-learn coding from YouTube and later joined Masai School to gain structured learning. With all my savings, I bought a laptop and fully committed to becoming a developer. My first break in tech came when I joined ABC Company as an intern. Through continuous learning and hard work, I progressed to Software Development Engineer 1 (SDE-1). This experience shaped my technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and understanding of scalable applications. With the knowledge and confidence gained, I took the next big step—founding Qlith Innovation Pvt Ltd. Today, as the Founder, CEO, and Director, I am leading a company dedicated to building innovative tech solutions and mentoring aspiring developers. I am passionate about solving complex challenges, developing scalable web applications, and creating an impact through technology.
