Professional Mechanical Engineer and a Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) with more than 25 years of maintenance and reliability experience of rotating and static equipment in oil and gas onshore and offshore production installations. I've held leadership role as maintenance superintendant in Dragon Oil for 4 years, with extensive involvement in field engineering and construction activities. At present, I am working as Asset Strategy Lead in Suncor Energy, Canada, integrating the new assets with the existing plant by setting up Risk Based Inspection (RBI) program for static equipment and maintenance program for rotating equipment as part of the Asset Management System (AMS),before the assets are turned over to operations. I have good exposure to RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and RBI (Risk Based Inspection) techniques with hands on experience in Meridium to develop asset strategies, RBMI to develop Risk Based Inspection program and SAP for setting up master data and PM programs.
