As a Transaction Tax Associate, I have worked on multiple mergers & acquisitions, with a large focus on transactions taking place in the Middle East. As a result of these projects, I have become well-versed in conducting buy-side due diligence, sell-side due diligence as well as cross border income tax advisory among other tax structuring services. Additionally, I have worked on multiple tax compliance projects for local SWFs and have developed a good understanding of domestic compliance policies and procedures.
