- Liaison between factories, warehouses and internal teams regarding production and shipment delivery. - Work cross-functionally with other departments to oversee the operations and logistics of distributors worldwide. - Help improve efficiencies: create SOP’s, work with external teams to maximize use of ERP system, ensure warehouse teams follow through with routing guides and track department spending related to shipping. - Provide int’l team with reporting and analytics: sales vs goals, co-op spend, inventory tracking, etc. - Oversee shipment bookings, approve rates and help maximize shipment spend - Knowledge of 3PL functions, international trade and documentation needed for import/export

• Analyze and research sales order data for international distributors and key accounts • Communicate with accounts regarding orders, product availability, shipment status, and returns • Generate and email weekly/monthly reports (example: Category YTD, Open Order, Sales vs Goals, YOY Report, Accounts w/Seasonal Product, Distributor Reports) • Generate ad hoc reports • Run weekly open order reports for key accounts and international distributors • Perform order maintenance, order adjustments, and cleanup back orders and order file • Work with various vendor sites for Free People, Amazon, Nordstroms, Anthropologie, TjMaxx, Zappos, etc.
