About
I work with governments, federations, and investors to design and scale next-generation sports ecosystems, spanning policy, assets, events, and commercial platforms. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, capital structuring, and execution, helping stakeholders turn sport into a long-term economic, social, and institutional asset rather than a collection of disconnected initiatives. As a Partner at CAA Portas, I lead complex, multi-stakeholder assignments across the public and private sectors, advising on national sports strategies, major international events, elite academies, asset development, operating models, and investment platforms. My focus is on translating ambition into scalable, investable, and deliverable outcomes. I have worked globally across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia, partnering with ministers, CEOs, boards, and senior executives under conditions of political scrutiny, delivery risk, and public visibility. This has required consistent judgment at the intersection of policy, capital, governance, and execution. My background combines deep sector specialisation in sport with breadth across infrastructure, real estate, economic development, financial services, and institutional transformation. This enables me to assess sports mandates not only through a strategic lens, but through commercial, operational, governance, and risk perspectives, and to design platforms that endure beyond individual events or cycles. I am particularly focused on: • National and city-level sports strategies • Major events and hosting platforms • Elite academies and high-performance systems • Sports asset development and operating models • Investment, partnership, and platform structuring I work with clients seeking long-term value creation, institutional credibility, and executable outcomes from sport.
