- Ensure of compliance with environmental policy, occupational health and safety - Maintain EHS management system - Identification: environmental aspects & risk hazards - Evaluate legal regulations, Tenneco group, and customer (interested parties & Risk and Opportunities) - Monitoring of EH & S objectives - Establish and maintain an EH & S management program - Monitoring of the implementation of training, awareness - Treatment of accidents, non-conformities and corrective and preventive actions - Establish an EH & S audit management system - Assigning to support EH&S Management Representative with establishing, operating and maintaining the EH&S MS.

- Manage HSE by establishing and maintaining an effective HSE management system. - Measure HSE performance and develop annual and long term HSE objectives to achieve continuous and sustainable improvement. - Verify compliance with internal and external HSE requirements through audits. - Manage HSE matters and their impact on practices, processes and products to meet stakeholder expectations.

- Support day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, attend meetings, provide safety updates and understand operations at a level where appropriate and timely input can be offered. - Respond to, help investigate and document all work-related injuries/illnesses. Participate/lead the investigation of EHS incidents to determine causes, help establish and implement corrective actions and make recommendations for areas needing improvement. - Develop and implement EHS programs and train all affected personnel. - Participate and lead hazard reviews for new or modified equipment and processes. Be able to identify and prioritize the hazards, and offer recommendations to eliminate or minimize the hazards. - Perform EHS inspections of manufacturing areas. Document and report findings and oversee implementation of corrective actions. Identify and communicate trends. - Oversee the hazardous waste contractors and ensure compliance at all times. - Participate on safety committees as appropriate.

- Analysing the interaction between people and machinery/equipment - Assessing the design of products/systems via practical experiments and making them easier to use - Identifying problems by observing and interviewing individuals in particular environments - Undertaking risk assessments within the workplace - Assessing the effect of work environments on employees - Ensuring that products/systems meet user needs - Collecting, analysing and interpreting data/statistics - Identifying possible improvements and designing/implementing appropriate solutions

- Implementation of the Renault Safety Management System (RSMS) - Assist and advise in various areas of intervention, prescribe measures and ensure their implementation to protect the health of staff and provide motivating working conditions. - Identify areas of non-compliance and potential improvements, and manage risks in an informed manner. - Lead and train teams. - Oversee action plans and monitor their indicators. - Assess occupational risks at all levels, write and maintain the unique document. - Lead trainer in risk assessment. - Trainer in prevention plans for external companies for project managers.

- Oversee equipment maintenance and repair, and participate in the design of new installations. - Organize and schedule maintenance activities and operations. - Monitor the completion and deployment of projects awarded to suppliers and subcontractors.
