Sai Wong Ng

I have more than 19 years of experience relating to engineering, project management and execution in various industries such as micro-electronics, pharmaceutical, mining, chemical, oil and gas, etc. Leading Singapore team in terms of resource management, engineering & operation teams and execution of the contract. Mainly providing technical solutions to treat waste and environmental pollution. I began my career as a project engineer working initially for KCH Environmental Technology after completing studies in Chemical Engineering at the University of Aston in Birmingham in 1999. Following my time with KCH I worked on projects mainly in the semi-conductor industries which provided engineering and construction support for process exhaust scrubbing and hookup projects, familiarizing with modeling in environmental engineering businesses. After spending four years in KCH, I joined atea Environmental Technology in 2003 as project engineer, working on process exhaust and waste water treatment projects for various industries. Spent the next ten years as Project/Senior Manager responsible for project management including providing turn-key solutions (EPCC) to clients predominantly in pharmaceutical, mining, chemical and oil & gas industries. I contributed to a number of significant projects and held several notable management positions in the organization until 2010. An internal arrangement allowed me to take on additional role of Engineering Manager in Singapore office. With added work scope and responsibility, and to maintain a strong professional commitment to engineering excellence, client service, quality of work, teamwork and project management. Realizing both the enormous successes achieved to date and taking on future challenges in achieving for sustainable growth saw myself taking on the role of General Manager in Singapore office in the third quarter of 2013.
