I am accountable for leading the organization to sustain growth. In order to remain successful, I direct the strategy for new business development and process re-engineering, and utilize sophisticated systems and applications to ensure our technological sustainability. Key projects include driving the development and delivery of a commercialization infrastructure to propel market adoption of our products, and enhance revenue growth throughout the organization. I lead the team’s prioritization of geographic and specialized market segments using a global perspective and benchmarks. As COO, I managed departments and workgroups across the organization, including Customer Care, HR Enterprise, Supply and Planning, Facility and Procurement, and SAED Group Human Resources; in total, I oversee objectives and high-level workflow for +7,000 staff across 120 companies. Over the past three years, I have achieved our forecasted market penetration and revenue growth, built channels to deliver on growth objectives, and originated and cultivated business development opportunities aligned with our revenue growth strategy

As Executive Director of operations, I drove operational objectives and functions to maximize efficiency and profitability and to deliver on SLAs. Chief accountabilities included leading transportation services for employees, sub-contractors, private contracts, and SMEs. Additionally, I oversaw Human Resources and the work of the entire operations organization. Prior to being promoted to Executive Director, I was hired as Business Development Director, and held that role for 10 months.

In this exciting position, I project-managed four economic cities, which were first of their kind worldwide. I oversaw infrastructure, process mapping, regulatory issues, and master plan approvals, and provided evaluation and ongoing enhancements. My team ensured financial sustainability through accurate financial models, and liaised with major investors. Concurrently, I led team of city development managers and supervised development of environmental regulations in all four economic cities.

As Director of Operations, I led all operations and supply functions, including project design and implementation. I instituted new planning and customer service departments, and authored policies for the entire organization, in order to boost efficiency and ensure regulatory compliance. During my time with Arabian Gulf manufacturers, I increased our net profit 20% through updated production and cost control methods, and designed and implemented KPIs for all operations to streamline our processes and increase revenue.
